Fly to Let investors are waiting for details of the rental package being offered on seven apartments which have just been put up for sale in the old French town of Briancon which was recently awarded UNESCO status.

The Residence de Temple apartments range in size from 32.16m sq for a one bedroom apartment with cabin to 83.58m sq for the top floor apartment. Prices range from €185,000 – €455,000.
