EU citizens have found it very difficult to buy holiday homes in the Austrian Tyrol since 1994. But now Investors in Property have announced that it is now able to offer the only two developments in the Tyrol which have been given special permission to be sold as second homes

The Tyrol offers winter and summer activities creating a larger client base for owners looking to rent out their Fly to Let investment properties.

Kuhtai is Austria’s highest ski resort at 2,020m and set in the heart of the Tyrol just over 30mins from Innsbruck airport. The resort enjoys mountain scenery with guaranteed snow sure skiing up to 2,650m served by modern lifts with a long season.

The apartment building also has its own gym for owners and their guests, heated boot room for skis, underground parking, and reception area. Two-bedroom apartments are available from €360,000 and three-bedroom apartments from €410,000.

Oetz is a traditional Tyrolean town between Innsbruck and St Anton set in the Otz Valley with historic buildings and a charming village church. Many of the ornate buildings and inns date back to the 16th century.

A gondola takes skiers up to 2,200m in only eight minutes. Oetz is also centrally located for many other ski resorts including Ischgl, St Anton and Sölden.

In the heart of this historic town opposite Investors in Property are marketing seven exclusive holiday apartments which are finished and are available for immediate occupation.

The properties have underground parking, en-suite bathrooms to the master bedrooms and views of the town with its mountainous backdrop.
