Berkshire-based developer Caversham-Barnes has opened a brand new fully-furnished show villa as a flagship for its rural development of nine new individually-designed two-and three-bedroom homes in western Crete.

They have been designed to match the needs of British Fly to Let holiday home investors who may eventually want the property to become their permanent residence.

The Litsarda Villas development is 40 minutes by road from Chania Airport and one hour and 20 minutes from Herakleion Airport. T the village of Litsarda is five minutes walk away, and there are more shops, a bank, post office and healthcare facilities in the small town of Vamos two kilometres away. The sandy beaches at Almirida and Kalives, are 10 minutes by car.

The Aegean Breeze Gold Villas, being marketed in the UK by Elite Homes, are located 2kms from Paradise Beach which can be found between Aykustur and Sokeliler.

It is a secure, private development of 28 villas, set around the communal pool, which have been designed to be bright, airy, and modern.

Features include security alarm, fully air conditioning, electric hot water system, chrome banisters, marble stairs , landscaped gardens, modern kitchen and bathrooms , PVC double glazing and decorative coving. An optional package to purchase security shutters and furniture is extra.
