Buy to let property owners could see a surge in interest in the coming months when thousands of British Airways Club World and First class seats to a wide range of destinations around the globe are added to the BA Sale.
The Premium Sale, which starts on Wednesday, 27 January, will run until midnight on Tuesday, February 9, and offers savings of up to £929 per person in Club World and £3,894 per person in First class.
Flights to the US offer the greatest savings with Club World flights to Denver from £1,999 (saving up to £929), Orlando and Tampa from £1,349 (saving up to £453), New York from £1,489 (saving up to £595) and Los Angeles from £1,999 (saving up to £816).
In First, flights to Los Angeles start from £2,997 (saving up to £3,894), New York from £2,487 (saving up to £2,906), Seattle from £3,397 (saving up to £3,850) and Miami from £2,647 (saving up to £3,747).
A selection of other top destinations include Toronto, Vancouver, Buenos Aires, Montego Bay, Barbados, Tobago, Maldives, Mauritius, Shanghai, Cape Town, Muscat, Delhi, Rome, Zurich and Larnaca.
Richard Tams, BA's head of UK & Ireland Sales, said: “These are great savings. Holidaymakers can travel in real style and luxury, pampering themselves with a spa treatment in our lounges at Terminal 5 before enjoying a fully flat-bed on long-haul flights - all for a fraction of the normal price.”
There was also good news for Fly to let customers flying with BA during the Easter break after the airline’s cabin crew ruled out strike action over the Easter holiday break.
• Fly to Let owners with properties in the Canadian province of Vancouver have also seen a surge in bookings for the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games coming up in between 12-28 February. Travel site Skyscanner reports a 71 percent increase in flight searches to the destination compared to last year.
