for Smoky
MRI Overseas Property has a new portfolio of properties in the
Smoky Mountains, a beautiful region of mountain ranges and running
rivers in the US state of Tennessee.
The region offers a wide range of outdoor pursuits, including
fishing, cycling, and rock-climbing.

Morocco on the move
Low property prices, climate, quality of developments and culture
is enabling Morocco to compete with the likes of Brazil and Turkey
as an overseas property hotspot.
The government has also introduced favourable legislation aimed

But it is the ease of access and flight time from the UK which
will be the deciding factor with many new investors believes

Roja Valley is a refurbishment of an original customs house, on
the French/Italian border, into 10 luxury appointed apartments.
The apartments are situated in Liguria on the
outskirts of the ancient village of Airole.
It has narrow winding streets with a

Campeche Playa Golf Marina and Spa Resort in Mexico, has invested
in a Jack Nicklaus Signature course.
Properties on the development start from £150,000 for 2 bed
apartments (overlooking the golf course) or £180,000 for
2 bed apartments (overlooking the marina) and are being marketed
in the UK by Bridge Property International.
Within the resort itself, Campeche Playa Golf Marina and Spa
