GEM Estates is acting as UK agents for a quintet of Brazilian property with prices starting from 56,340 euros for one bedroom apartments in Ma-Noa Park and from 113,462 euros for four bedroom villas in Residencial Mar de Tabatinga.

The Residencial Mar de Tabatinga, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte is a select resort of 45 four bedroom, three bathroom villas nestled in maintained tropical gardens complete with swimming pool, children’s playground, bar and barbecue area.

Catu Residence Yacht & Spa, Fortaleza, Ceará includes a spa, fitness centre, restaurants, shopping mall, leisure complex, swimming pools, convention centre, mini golf and tennis courts with a lagoon as its focul point. Prices are from 94,000 euros for a two bedroom condominium style apartment with completion of the entire project expected in 2011.

The Beach Villas in the fishing village of Maracajaú, have their own decking and swimming pools. The three bedroomed properties have fully fitted American-style kitchens.

There will be more than 10 golf courses will be within a 25-minute radius of the village in the next five years. Prices are from 249,000 euros.

The resort of Lago Azul in Pipa occupies a frontline beach position with a host of on-site amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, gymnasium, restaurants, bars, a discotheque, mini-market and provision for fishing trips and a shuttle service to Pipa, A Natal based property management company is handling rentals and offer all clients a 7 percent guaranteed rental return for three years from completion.

Properties at Lago Azul encompass apartments, townhouses and villas, all with fully fitted kitchens and ocean views. Prices begin at 94,340 euros for a two bedroom duplex apartment, 115,540 euros for a two bedroom townhouse, 126,140 euros for a two bedroom ‘Villa Bahia’ with private pool and 139,140 euros for a three bedroom ‘Villa Natal’ with private pool. Completion is scheduled for March / April 2008.

Ma-Noa Park is best known for its on-site aqua park of the same name. Its also has a football pitch, beach volley-ball, tennis courts and gymnasium. An18-hole golf course is being built alongside the resort.

A new airport will be just 25 minutes drive from Ma-Noa Park.

A variety of residential options are available at Ma-Noa Park including apartments and penthouses, townhouses, semi-detached villas and frontline beach detached villas with private pool.

Prices range from 56,340 euros for one bedroom apartments, through to from 208,000 euros for four bedroom townhouses and from 669,000 euros for four bedroom frontline beach detached villas. Completion is scheduled for 2009.
