In order to best suit your needs, we have a standard service package at very affordable prices or an additional list of services we’ll personalize to your specific requirements.

While it is unoccupied, we visit your property at least twice a month to ensure that the structure and all the contents are both sound and secure. We also use the time allocated in our service agreement with you to manage, maintain, clean, service, repair and improve your property and equipment.
